It had better, because plotwise, it's all "I've got him, no wait, I don't , Oh wait, NOW I've got him, oh wait, I don't." Not to mention the obvious solution to the Kilgrave problem it pretty much a gun and distance.

It's easy to sleep at night with no soul.
For me, this was definitely not a B+. The entire road to the end was pretty blah, and it never really recaptured the momentum after the "Sin Bin". Peaked too early.
The AV Club: Where Sinatra is terrible, but Haddaway is the Bomb!
The point is that 20 is probably a reasonable number to expect readers to look through, regardless of total output. If you posted 400 articles a year, we'd still only want a top 20.
Jesus Christ, can you guys just agree to make this a top 10 or something? NO ONE is pouring over this thing. Pick 10, call it a day, FFS. Are you worried one of the precious little writer butterflies might get hurt feels if their opinion isn't included.?
Do you also include 94 articles and call it part 1?
This is a "par for the course" AV Club list. Why list 1o things that are important, when you can list 47 things that no one will actually read, since we've gotten the point by number 12 and scrolled through the rest.
Meh. I didn't see much in the way of Outstanding Acting. She did a decent job, nothing to get excited about.
Maybe, if the range is from "Look pissed off" to "look sad and pissed off".
I have less issues with the realism of the character. I found him dull, uninteresting, and pretty much everything he does could have been dealt with in a different way. This film belongs to Rey, Finn is a castoff side note.
That was a pretty terrible scene though. Ludicrously staged, not only with the second, totally undetected gang arriving, but the position of the monsters, etc etc. Might have been the low point in the film for me.
There's a reasonable case to be made that Luke didn't have contact with Leia from the time that a daughter was born. Ben could have been sent to Luke, rather than "brought" to him. Luke was also responsible for assassinating the Emperor, it's likely that his location was highly secret all along. He would have been…
I saw it twice in one day, and felt similarly after the first viewing. On the second, I watched more closely. Finn is not great with the lightsaber, he (like Rey) does a lot of stabbing, and gets one lucky lick in.
That's because Finn is a terrible character, with little to do. He doesn't really have a place in the film (other than as a plot device). He was the biggest disappointment for me of all the new characters.
But Star Wars is the story of the Skywalkers. Like, every single movie is about the Skywalkers.
It could happen, but since every film has focused on the plight of the Skywalkers, I can't see them changing horses in the 8th of 9 movies.
Every single SW film has been about a Skywalker. It's the story of the Skywalkers. There will be a prominent Skywalker in the remainder of the films. It will be Rey.
There were 9 female fighter pilots (I saw SW twice in a day, counted the second time. Though it's possible one or two could have been the same pilot double counted. And the Rebels at the base were at least 50% female.
