I was confused as to how they could leave it out but this review (as well as one I had previously read) literally said its omitted.

Evan Peters' outburst when the doorbell rang about only having 1 day a month with The Countess almost made up for everything else.
Still don't get why the second meeting with the sisters was omitted.
Yep, that's what I was thinking of. Good call.
I want to say he's called him half-breed before but that may have been him talking about Hanzee to someone else. Can't remember for sure.
To be fair I think Charlie caught a ricochet when that guy was taking a shot at Ed.
That movie Peggy got absorbed in played out sort of similar to the end of the episode but the fact that Ed and Peggy were not in immediate danger like the couple in the movie were makes me wonder if there's a purposeful parallel there.
"You want a pop?"
My guess is they feel disrespected for standing by him while he was treated for alcoholism only tobhave him start drinking again. Who knows, though.
I believe he's got Dodd's car or one of the other Gerhardt men's car but id have to go back and look to be sure on that.
For what it's worth, there's an unfinished game of hangman in the phone booth Ed calls Milligan from that would say Sioux Falls if it had been finished.
May be a far fetched theory but I wonder if Hank possibly played a part in Dodd ending up in Peggy's trunk. I can't imagine Peggy got him in there on her own and Hank seemed resolved to let Ed run away despite saying he and Lou both know where he's going. Perhaps he wanted the Blomquists to get Dodd out of the picture…
Hank's laugh after Lou said that was great, too.
Yeah, I really didn't ever need to see her again. Here's hoping she's dead by the end of next weeks episode.
Ah pure canny fookin wait fae this picture tae come out, likesay.
I believe this is, like, the 3rd time they've declared war on ISIS, too.
Would not have guessed that was them. Mostly cause I'm only familiar with the song, Furr, and a few others I couldn't name, that were acoustic driven if I remember right.
I was really amused by Sonny, slightly leaned back and sipping beer, watching the entire jailhouse standoff.
Goddamn, that Man of Constant Sorrow riff that hits when Hanzee turns to start following Ed made me very happy.
American Psycho by David Lynch.
