New thread - - Who is named as Broyles' boss in the letter that Olivia gives to Lt. Daniels?  Whoever it is it gives her "blanket authority".  I don't remember such a high level of authority in the blue universe before.  It the red universe it would have been Walternate.  What's up with this?
