Has there ever been a For Your Consideration or something about the tendency of the entertainment industry to produce dueling projects based on the same basic premise or material at around the same time? What with the two Snow White movies, Armageddon/Deep Impact, what have you? There's got to be some explanation for…

Bald would not be a good look for Janet Montgomery. Other than that, I like this pitch. But why would a litigator break out of her staid, Jersey lifestyle and start dealing crack?

I was a little disappointed by this pilot, I think in part because so many of the critics just adored it. Didn't feel like it hit the level of "best debut of the fall." Obviously it's not apples and oranges, but this was not near the quality of the Last Resort pilot, for one.

That being said, my first reaction to hearing about this show was "they're really going to try to use Hayden Panettiere as a…

I agree, this whole subplot feels transported over from a different show. There is certainly potential for interesting material there, but there are a lot of other story threads introduced by this pilot that are naturally intertwined, and I'm not sure I see a way to bring that subplot into it that won't feel…

This has got to be the least original new show on TV this fall, and that's saying something. Not only was almost every single beat something you've seen almost word for word (and done better) in some other procedural, an alarming percentage of them were done together on one show - Trauma, which lasted 18 episodes and…
