What's it like to have a black heart?

Did she gain weight for this role, or just gain weight? She looks great, but she is objectively 20+ lbs heavier than she was about 2 years ago.

Nobody from Staten Island is 'privileged.' Have you seen that place?

I've found "Step Brothers" to be a good litmus test for me. If I meet someone who didn't think it was funny, they're typically not much fun to be around.

I'll take my Keaton any way I can get it - but I want to see him in more comedies.

So, if I wear one of those wallet chains while I watch the game, then the elites can't rob me!

Yea, I was going to watch the game until John pulled back the curtain. I had no idea that violence and consumerism overlapped with football. I just wish he hadn't stopped short of telling me what I should be doing.

This site is over, man!

This is a parody of a community college freshman who read an article once on "Adbusters," right?

I never get tired of "your an idiot."

If you read it in a huffy British accent and picture him/her writing it with a quill dipped in ink, it's much funnier.

I cannot understand the mindset of people who just have to grab their phones, open up some social media app, and type "Who cares about the Super Bowl/Oscars/American Idol/etc…?" The best, the ONLY, way to express apathy is to not say or think anything about the topic.

I'm glad you mentioned the royal baby.

Yep. Tackle football is intense and physical. Nobody wants to be the guy who gets injured during an exhibition, so it's barely beyond two-hand touch.

If you're comparing football to slavery, you need to rent "Roots" and watch it again.

If I, the spectator, am the reason that football players get hurt, then I'm also the reason they get rich doing something they love. Thanks for the perspective! You're welcome, Drew Brees.

So, nothing that can potentially cause a debilitating injury is worthwhile? It all leads to cheering on sword fights eventually?

Every winter, I join millions of people in the act of strapping wooden planks to my feet and sliding down the face of a snowy mountain at high speeds. This is dangerous, and probably meets your definition of pointless. It also kills way more people than football.

The harm is not the entertainment. The worst injury I've ever seen happened to a college basketball player on Louisville last year. The bone was sticking right out of his leg. Every athlete in the world can retire tomorrow if they decide the risk of harm outweighs the reward. We're not talking about gladiators

No, we don't (most of us). We celebrate the big plays, and love a sport where men battle their hearts out for every inch of ground. We cringe when a player limps off the field or gets knocked out.
