Tuning down a half step is almost always done to accommodate vocals. I know, because I do it all the time. My understanding of Stevie Ray is that he used strings that went from .013 to .052 - tuning down a whole step wouldn't do much to help bend those suckers.

Umm…I'm thinking…maybe…3? It's hard to tell. In Massachusetts you're required by law to disfigure at least one, but then the Marky Mark laws make it tough to even count the number that you humiliate and beat, but DON'T permanently disfigure.

Massachusetts does not expunge records (at least not for non-rich and famous people). The best you can get is for the state to seal your records. Sealing you records seems worse to me, since it means you might have been convicted of a misdemeanor like not paying a parking ticket or felony murder.
