I watched Not Fade Away this weekend. Not a bad film, but it all felt a little too familiar and predictable.

Just started reading Red Plenty by Francis Spufford. It's a fascinating take on the Soviet Union in the '50s mixing fiction and economic history.

I love The Moviegoer but Lolita is brilliant! Can't really go wrong with either though.
