Was that Anne Dudek in the opening scene? (The multi-orgasmic patient)

Maybe I'm giving the writers too much credit, but it struck me as an attempt at fan service. However, so many people relate with that episode…that's a risky move.

Mr. Burns? You can use a computer?

Why can't they? The OJ episode was supposedly "found in a vault." And it's not like there is any logic to the show to begin with. It's just interesting since other than the episode where they randomly killed Meg at the end, most of the other FG deaths have stuck. (Peter's dad, Loretta, Diane, Jillian's fiance, Muriel…)

Observations:

Look: FG is an aging beast powered by farts, sexism, and outdated racist stereotypes but damn if seeing Stewie drop that flower in Brian's grave actually made me legitimately sad in a way I didn't think was possible with this show. Maybe not quite on par with Homer watching the stars after helping his mother escape or

That was The Wire level soul crushing. The second Richard promises to meet them in Wisconsin the purpose of his whole arc this season is suddenly clear…yet that doesn't take away the gut punch of seeing him dead.

I was really hoping to hear You're the Best Around last night :(

So…why is Carrie still pregnant? I mean, why was she ever pregnant but why why why did they go through the trouble of shooting her then having her not reveal any of it to the baby daddy? I mean, what purpose will this thing serve? Is this baby actually a clone hybrid? Is he the one thing the aliens need before they

It's a naked moment. He should be naked.

You know, as cliche as handing her an envelope of money was…wasn't that kind of the reaction he was going for? He's fully aware of what things look like right now, so the easiest thing to do was to make her feel bad about herself, hence the "first do no harm" comment to the maintenance guy.

Or Jack and Condi! Or Liz and Conan!

Yep. Even in this day and age, people don't really know how to react towards "strong women." I put it in quotes because the term is tired, but somehow…it still shocks people that not every woman conforms to tired stereotypes. If you appear "fun," "different," or "smarter" than expected…you can be seen as an anomaly.

As I watched the money/bed/gun scene unfold, I kept thinking "I'd bang him."

I was afraid a very small boy was going to pop a bullet in Chalky's head. The same kid we saw on the boardwalk awhile back saying "it's my turn to be Chalky!"

I feel like I should hate this episode because of the potential problems it creates and frankly, at times it was excruciatingly uncomfortable.

They'll probably try and get Russell Brand for the part and totally get him because that is how much NBC sucks.

If anyone is going to make you feel feelings on this show, it's Charlie. And they've done it before. Most notably: Mac Bangs Dennis' Mom. Charlie does all sorts of cruel things to everyone all for the waitress and in the end, the last favor he asks of Dee? To help him get ready for this "date." You know, minutes

I second that. I was too amused by the fact that it sounded like Mr. Belvedere to pay attention.

I'm surprised Harmon didn't comment on Megan Ganz's Splitsider interview given it had a very "my new boyfriend is so much better than the old one" sort of vibe. (And before anyone asks, I'd say "girlfriend" if genders were reversed. This is not a dig at her as much as it is wondering about Harmon's inability to not
