I hope this show is allowed to devote lots of time to B storylines, BS bar conversations and road trips. because that was some of the best stuff in the comic for me.

Yeah, it was pretty sloppy. You'd think the king-elect would say, "Watch these two while I go drown for a sec." Stuff like this will probably get worse as they try to squeeze as much in as possible into the remaining episodes.
