I really did not like this episode, but that "jerk" comment really stood out in the review. Didn't get that at all.

I agree. D+

"But the jokes were good"

"And a few neutral see-from-a-mile-away-but-still funny jokes, like Abed
knowing that Britta and Troy were sleeping together, but continuing the
ruse for free doughnuts"

Faint praise that's not even accurate.

I'm fine with the Inspector Spacetime stuff. This episode was just anti-fun.

"Uh, you guys know this week's Community review went up more than 2 hours ago, right?" — guy catching up on last week's Community, aka me

You can't play with my Yo, Yo.

Mae Whitman, will you go to lunch? WILL YOU GO TO LUNCH?!?!

I can definitely hear her saying, "Oh, have I got your attention now?"

I like your mom and it's no fad
I want to marry her and be your dad

I wasn't a fan of Louis taking the blame for Rachel not getting into Harvard. I loved that he got involved when he thought she had been wronged, but I don't see lying to her as a good move. Instead of dealing with the fact she didn't get in (when she obviously thought she would have), she now will think it was Louis

You guys remember TANK from 1984, with James Garner? Holy crap, that's one I totally forgot about. Must have seen it 20 times on cable when I was a kid.

His nonchalant killing of Daryl was a genius little moment. Not quite Indiana Jones shooting the guy with the sword, but still great.

If the "job applicant" was quick, she could have responded, "Oh, you think Lindsay Lohan's still relevant? Pfft." Me being quick like that rarely works in interviews, however.

Archer.

And also a a Dr. Seuss character way.

Oops. I might have just copped your steez.

Is that you, John Wayne? Is this me?
