I'm pretty sure Michael Jai White is still convinced another Spawn is happening. Even more disturbingly, I'm pretty sure he's still convinced the last one was a good idea.

@avclub-0592cd603d4801529227f55223d0d612:disqus I could be wrong, but I believe that "Lucy" was actually filmed and aired later, while "Honeymooners" simply went out live, and what exists now are kinescopes of those live performances, thus the disparity between the quality of the two.

I'm torn on this one. On the one hand, it really looks like Disney/Marvel is interested in treating the characters right, and I'm kind of glad to not have to worry about an awesome character being in the hands of a studio who's first inclination was to give us a glossy, Ben Affleck-starring light action flick.

I forget where I came across it, but someone put forth the idea of Whedon and Guillermo del Toro working together on that "Hulk" series for ABC, with Ruffalo reprising his role.

My mom took my sister and I to see "Excellent Adventure" in the theater. I honestly have no idea why, as I had just turned 9 not long before, meaning my sister was 12; I had no interest in this movie, and to my knowledge it wasn't even really on my sister's radar. All I can figure is my mom was excited to see George…

For some reason, I read the end of that as "eradicate world peace". Which would still be progress, I suppose.

If it was AV Club about 5 years ago, the answer would "Ray Bradbury". Because the answer was always Ray Bradbury.
