When Amanda found the idol in Micronesia they hid it, revealing it at Tribal for the Alexis blindside. That was a very specific scenario though, so I don't imagine it happening again soon

Ross was sorta fired when he got placed on sabbatical because of his anger issues. I think that's when he moved from the museum to teaching. I don't specifically recall anyone else except Joey getting fired although quite a few of them quit and changed jobs

I only watched the first couple episodes of Panama but after a quick Google search I do remember she was the first person on Exile Island. I liked her. She seems like a really great candidate for an All Pre-Merge Exits Season

Marissa didn't exactly wow anyone on RI but Gervase is locked in an alliance and was Challenge MVP, so maybe #TeamPetersen can be saved after all

I feel like Jeff has been pretty consistent about not liking Colton from the start, as opposed to Russell who he loved and then turned on. But we all know that no one can ever replace Boston Rob in Jeff's heart

But most of them do appear to have at least some level of game understanding imparted by their loved ones and we can assume have at least watched the 1-2 seasons their loved ones were on. So I'd say all things considered their closer to fans than recruits from an in-game perspective

I still dislike Colton but that was maybe the only episode of Survivor that ever made me think about humanity in a larger sense than just strategic/social gameplay. It was a brilliant episode, even if Bill totally did not deserve getting screwed like that. The rest of the season sucked, but that's a pantheon episode…
