Oh you beautiful bastard, thank you. That's the very one.

Guys, I need your help. I cannot remember the title of a movie I read about on this site and it seemed like something up my alley. I'm putting it here because what I remember was a bit similar to this title.
Just want to pop in mid-work day to say that this article's inarticulate madness and the inspired lunacy of the comment section has absolutely made my day and I trulyactually love you all.
Prometheus made $350 million worldwide and was pretty good, all things considered, so I'd say it worked out okay.

I just want to point out that, of the three or four AV writers who mentioned Cabin in the Woods (which is also definitely one of my picks for best anything of the year), only one credited Drew Goddard, who directed the fucking thing. I mean, yes, look, we all love Joss Whedon and want to give him credit, and as…

Ghostface has definitely fallen off, but I liked Apollo Kids well enough. Agreed that I'd rather listen to someone with something to prove at this point, though.
To the right of the main body of the review, where it lists cast/runtime/etc, it says it is in Mandarin w/English subtitles.
He was definitely shot right in the face, so as much as it pains me to lose him, Dave is dead.
"Weirdsville" is great! Unknown, underseen, it was one of the rare direct-to-video releases I came across in my video store days that was actually worth the time it took to watch it. Some strange, surreal imagery, and some really funny stuff.
Not sure if this was supposed to be snark, but MI3 was actually really light on slow motion (was there any?).
Hall Pass was embarrassing. Horrible Bosses is the better of the two, but was really just okay.
Abysmal is a huge exaggeration, as was brilliant when someone used it above. He makes very good genre fare, with a decent eye and a talent for coaxing strong performances from his casts.
Thanks for this. I saw it at a midnight showing last night and had work in the morning, so I couldn't stick around, but glad to hear I'm not missing anything.
I fell asleep during Valhalla Rising as well. It has a sort of dreamy mood and minimalist plot that will do that to you.
Samberg/Timberlake Digital Shorts
Honest question, because as I was watching "The Golden Rule", I could start to see the sort of co-dependent man-child storylines (speaking loosely) that show up in Will Ferrell movies: how long till Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake make a movie together?
A great album, cover and title. I generally have an idea about music I'm interested in when I get to a music store, but even if my friend hadn't already directed my to Lemons, I would have bought it blind.
Agreed with the "good in supporting roles" sentiment. I loved him in Forgetting Sarah Marshall and liked Get Him to the Greek quite a lot, but I have no interest in this. The previews did it no favors, making it seem desperate and strained (which sounds like it is the case).
Just watched World's Greatest Dad, and yeah, it really was good, and the premise was fantastic. I'm liking Bobcat as a director/writer. But the kid was unbearably awful.
