Valis: It doesn't always happen, seems to happen more if you have an empty stomach.

Cranston
Finally got to watch the ep online and it didn't disappoint. I'm happy to see the love for Cranston, I always thought he was a comic genius on Malcolm in the Middle, but I had no idea he was so good at drama as well until this show came out. Directing, too? This man needs to get more recognition.

I couldn't agree more. I still feel like tearing up every time i hear "Wouldn't it Be Nice".

Online episodes
Forgive me if this has been answered (haven't watched it yet and don't want to see any spoilers). I don't have cable so I get all my TV online, does anyone know if they're gonna show this season on AMC.com like they did last season? Please AMC!

Am I the only one who will admit that they enjoy the insane side effects of Ambien? Fun shit.

CW: It's just like how I'll tell them that stealing is wrong while I'm illegally downloading cartoons for them.

I hate firsties. I think they are a scourge on our community. But well done, indeed.

And, come on, Nazis as the bad guy? Yeah, THAT'S original.

Matt M: Somehow Hartman's part slipped my mind, thank you for reminding me. I would never knowingly do anything to besmirch the memory of the man. Vicky is the best.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm formally retracting my sympathy. Good day, sir.

Austin Powers
Am I the only one who never liked any of the Austin Powers movies? I always considered myself a Mike Myers fan, but I kept trying to like those movies since everyone else did and I just don't get it. How is any of that funny?
Where my haters at?

I love SIMAM. The best part is Charles Grodin as the guy who won't let the cop commandeer his car. I think that movie worked because the comedy was much more low-key and subtle compared to Myers' usual schtick.

When Zack said he didn't care about anyone in the White House, all I could think was "what about Pierce?" They better not dare kill him off now after they blew their chance to let him go out like a badass.

Booze is still there in the morning, too, but it's generally not the best time to drink if you want to get started on your day and be productive. Then again, here I am commenting when I should be heading out the door, so I guess I might as well have a cold one while I'm at it.

Best Random Roles Ever
This was totally worth being tired for work tomorrow. The only movies I've seen from this article are the Supermans, but it didn't matter, it was still entertaining as hell. I'm still kind of curious about her mental health, but she certainly seems lucid here. I think she needs a regular spot on

Michael Keaton all the way. He's a great, underused actor, he's the right age, and he knows how to wear the suit. I suppose he may not be grizzled enough, but dammit I want to see Keaton get some good parts before he dies.

Late to the party
but, after rewatching the ep several times (which I rarely do) I have to say this is one of my favorites. There are some weak elements, but I could watch hours of the double craziness of King and Jordan. The quotables were plentiful throughout as well. A-

The motherfucker waited until I went to put my laundry in the dryer after the opening, which I was obviously watching. Bunch of savages in this town.

Gauntlet: NASCAR is far more pervasive a threat than you realize.
