From the review, it sounds more like a movie about the Muppets, rather than a Muppet movie. It's the difference between Jailhouse Rock and that Elvis tv movie they made starring Kurt Russel.

Hilarious how they meant You Deserve It! in a positive way, but every single commenter here read it in a negative way. Probably says something about our general outlook.

What I read instead of the "What I watched instead this weekend" thread.

It'd be a Zelda/Replacements crossover.

GTA 4 was like watching a fourth Naked Gun movie that suddenly wants to be a serious gritty police procedural.

Joss Whedon claims to be a feminist, but he'll often have the explicitly evil characters in his show do things that aren't feminist, like create a sex robot. What a hilarious inconsistency!

So who d'you think did it? Promise I won't tell you if you're right?

What city does HipsterDBag live in? I don't think he's ever mentioned it before.

Chances that RegularGonzalez has ever worked in a union or factory job: 0%.

I like a good nobody learns anything ending. The ending you're describing sounds like a cop out.

I always thought he sits down the second time cause he's afraid not to rather than cause he'll do anything to avoid work. Are you going to do something that might offend a bunch of vicious psychopaths?

They turned him from a background character to a major player in a really clumsy way too. In the first couple of episodes he kept saying "hey, I'm Vito, I've lost weight, I'm one of the top earners now. I'm Vito. You know me. You know who I am."

Blue Velvet is a pretty good song, but In Dreams is one of the greatest songs of all time. That's the main reason.

Trying to stop someone from being executed, the same thing as getting mad about a videogame apparently.

Your theory doesn't even work with all the people you've listed. Rakim had no criminal past before he became a rapper, if taking drugs is all your need to be a legitimate gangster with street cred than John Lennon is gangsta as shit.

I haven't read the books, but in the film I never felt like I wanted to see more of any of the evil exes than we saw, so I find it hard to to believe a book for each of them wouldn't feel dragged out. Do they get a lot of back story or do they fight Scott more than once?

If the show dies, do the Inspector Spacetime references die too? Cause if so I'm definitely rooting for cancellation.

I enjoy watching Community, but I think I enjoy watching nerds cry more. Rooting for cancellation.

Think the best example is the last shot of Days of Being Wild, which introduces Tony Leung as a character you've never seen before to set up a sequel which was never made.

Why are we allowing black people to get away with wearing shit hats? Bruno Mars looks like a douche, I don't care what the liberal media says.
