I actually thought this episode was one of the better ones from the season. For a fanbase that is constantly bitching about nothing changing on this show, this episode seemed to finally move quite a few things forward. The dark passenger/Harry's code hypocrisy was tiresome, so it's a relief for the writers to just go

People actually hate "My Sister, My Sitter"? I thought it was one of the better episodes in Season 8, and has one of my favorite Homer/Flanders interactions in the series.

It really was a bogus setup by the writers though. Quinn was actually innocent in that situation, and he knew that Dexter is the one who committed the murder. Why does he suddenly owe a favor to the guy who just got him off from a crime he didn't actually commit? I get that he was dating Deb at the time, but if it

Regarding Quinn, the writers like teasing us into believing that he will finally realize that Dexter is a serial killer and do something about it. I think every season since 4 has vaguely introduced this (with it being more obvious in 5), yet it always goes nowhere. Quinn is still a pointless B story who also happens

The funny thing is that if she was so adamant about Doakes being innocent, why didn't she press harder right after they closed the case? I remember there was a scene that Lundy told her to submit all of the evidence which proved Doakes was innocent, but we never heard from her again, and we didn't see Lundy again

B+? Seeing as this show still pretends to be a comedy with some drama mixed in, I would hope that a B+ episode would really get some good laughs in. After the episode was done, I tried to remember one memorable funny line/scene this episode. All I could think of was the cooking catch-phrase montage from Nick. Then I

This season is starting to have the identity crisis that seasons 3 and 5 had. Although I'm hopeful that everything is going to fit together neatly at the end, it seems as if the writers are barreling ahead with their plan to jam three separate seasons arcs (Deb/Laguerta and Dexter, Dexter and Isaac, Dexter and Hannah)

Another good episode, but I just can't get over how the show set up Speltzer being freed killing the girl at the end of the last episode. We have two witnesses (Dexter and Deb) placing Speltzer at the scene, the strong circumstantial evidence from mausoleum, the circumstantial evidence of Speltzer flirting with the

I'm kind of surprised the next series isn't a joint production of the Northern Africa/Italian campaign. There was significant British and American Involvement, the Nazi's were the primary opposing force, and there were several battles which would make for excellent hour long battle sequences (Monte Casino in
