The problem is that this show is equating godparents with a guardianship. I'm almost positive that you cannot name three individuals as a legal guardian should you die in the State of New York, but this episode made it seem like that if Marshall and Lilly kicked the bucket, Marvin would be living with all three.

That really bothered me too. Wills and Trusts are one of the most frequently tested subjects on the bar exam in just about every state. Studying 16 hours a day for 3-4 months should permanently implant the concept in your brain. I passed the bar exam 3 years ago, and can still vividly remember all of the basic

This episode would have been a solid B if they had cut out the last 5 minutes. Sure, the jokes were hit or miss, but it was passable comedy. But the sudden transition from goofy game show to serious PSA about the value of friendship was awful. This episode proved that the show can still get some jokes to land, but it

There is going to be more time spent talking about him. This show has always been horribly obvious about turning otherwise irrelevant and insignificant items into blatant foreshadowing of future events. We had Liddy's blood on Quinn's shoe, Laguerta finding the blood slide which fell through the cracks in slow motion,

I'm almost positive that Louis disliking Dexter due to his attack on the game is a red herring. First, Louis bid on and won the hand well before Dexter called his game offensive. Even though he mailed it to him after Dexter's comments on the game, I really doubt he was just randomly bidding on the hand and later found

Lewis just needs to die. They have been hyping up his big secret for about 12 episodes so far, and I still don't care about whatever it is. My best guess is that he is somehow related to one of Dexter's prior victims and it's going to morph into a horrible revenge B-plot. My second guess (and I really hope it isn't

The last 20 seconds or so of the trailer shows individuals wearing skull and horn masks waving axes and ice picks around as they run down a hallway in red strobe lighting. We also had Dexter wearing a tuxedo and proposing to Deb while she is in a blood filled bathtub exactly like Rita's death. There were also a few

A couple of thoughts. First, the "This season on Dexter"preview that showed at the end of the episode has me completely baffled. If most of those scenes at the end aren't drug induced hallucinations or dreams, this show is about to take a very bizzarre turn.

I am sure there will be, but unless it involves Walt killing Jesse or Skyler, it will be hard to top tonight. My guess is a major breakthrough by Hank which clearly pinpoints Walt as Heisenberg, but I also have a feeling they might not introduce that until sometime next season.
