There are many things to say about this bad show. What you have said is the worst thing you can about this bad show. You have compounded bad.

Welp, this show is shit. Season 1 was intriguing, but the writers gave in (perhaps to Lifetime, as is rumored) in Season 2 by going full soap opera and undercutting whatever satire and feminist cultural critique they think they're still able to make here. Unreal aspires to black comedy, but but mostly just revels in

Or their song "On Your Own," which is masterful.

"What Else Is New" is good. Very good. What I'm saying is, it's a very good song that is not on your list.

Good call on Devil Town in FNL - original by Daniel Johnston is great, but the Bright Eyes cover improves on the themes musically. I'm not sure, but I feel like FNL used someone else's cover in the episode due to rights reasons.

Q Lazarus, "Goodbye Horses." When you hear it…you know.

Perfect Day in Trainspotting, to me, is the quintessential song/scene pairing.

This. I haven't seen Scream in…what, 20 years? And I still remember the use of that song in that movie vividly.

The Violent Femmes' cover of Eep Opp Ork Ah-ah from the Jetsons on that soundtrack was delighfully unhinged.

This show really has devolved into a shitty soap opera with haste.

George Saunders is the best living American writer.

This was the first and last time I will ever hear a song by The Frogs.

1. How does Ruiz get an extra 3-4 years without a trial or conviction? Due process at Litchfield must mean something different.
2. How does Lolly assaulting a Seattle police officer land her in a federal prison in upstate New York?

His solo album had one pretty good song that has an incomprehensibly long title, something like "The same thing you thought hard about is the same thing…" etc etc. The rest is forgettable. Here it is!

Thank you, Brandt. You still can't watch, though.

shoes will be taken off.

This show is so fucking good.

I'm just here to note that County Line BBQ is ass.

word. Great original song, nice cover.

Some form of MU just reunited to play some shows; I think they'll be at the Asian Man 20th anniversary fest mentioned in the article.
