my initial thought when I saw that office.

One of my favorite old roles of his is in Body Heat where he played the DA friend of William Hurt character who was jealous in a way of him doing it to Kathleen Turner but warned him. That was before Cheers made him a household name…
She was on FX's Rescue Me during her real cancer treatments I believe.. Unless it was all makeup on that show, she looked it.
Those of us with good surround sound got to enjoy heavy left right sound in some of those split screen scenes. Haven't noticed it quite this much on other shows..
Knick has the advantage of being on Cinemax which doesn't rely on ratings… Plus it doesn't have the subscriber base. I have been catching up on Knick. Americans has the advantage of a highly high income rating.. not a huge number but also very time-shifted due to its hour. I think Amazon kicks in a lot for it as…
Thursday at 9 is a tough one to crack especially in the fall when there is football available as well..
my biggest problem with The Glades was its total ignorance of geography. As a Floridian it bothered me.. But it still shouldn't have ended on a cliffhanger… yuch.
Alexie Gilmore sure looked like Judy Greer tonight that it almost seemed like it was the Bowman's from Married dropping in.
It would have been too easy to have Jerome become the Joker but my thought is he becomes the inspiration.. Maybe the picture of him in the morgue will get out and that inspires someone later???
I am glad that I have a 5 shows at once DVR because I enjoy CW Tuesdays and NCIS so this will be another regular for me… Very enjoyable show.. In my mind, a terrific comedy show that doesn't need gross sex jokes.. I was watching some interviews with Fred Savage who has been behind the camera all these years since…
I pay for Showtime so I will be back.. I wonder if they age the characters next year… Lizzy especially doesn't look 10 years older in her 40's…
I guess one problem on network TV today is of these shows like this one might do better as a binge-watch… These complex shows are tough to follow and remember week to week… One thing about Procedural shows is people don't have to keep track of complex storylines.. Yeh you can have continuing stories on…
The aging issue has bothered me but if Lizzy is going to take off her clothes she has to look good.. Unlike today, older women didn't as good looking in their 40's.. Same with Caitlan.. The men they can add some gray hair and it would pass.. But this a fiction story based on real life…. not everything has to…
Mad Men had the advantage of being about advertising and bringing up products and events of the 60's especially in the early seasons..
First episode of Longmire on Netflix was great… The production looks great and it's nice to not have any commercials… Well done so far… Being on Netflix so far has let them spice it up a little from what's been on A&E,,,,
Definitely the best of the season… who knows if FX will give it another go or not but there's a fair amount of talent involved in this.. I for one wouldn't mind seeing more..
And with that, it's the last completed project that Jerry Weintraub probably saw… He died in early July and what a career he had… I always loved when he was on some talk shows and talked about the old days…. An amazing career that he was able to write about before he died…
no he's not….
