My theory is that the same late visit from the puberty fairy that made Chris Colfer sprout five inches also made it harder for him to sing as high as he did in the first season, and neither he nor the show really knows what to do with his adult voice. So the fix is just having him sing less. but this is based on

I hated her last year, but now that the show's made her more than all of Quinn and Santana's worst qualities in one package I agree. She's the only one of the newer students I find more interesting than watching paint dry.

He's a strong singer, and the song is a good match for his voice. But I'd take any number of other solos over that one. YMMV.

I've noticed Marley hasn't had anything to do too! It's getting really noticeable, and a little weird. Maybe Melissa Benoist is being punished, like when Puck had to go to JD for a month because Mark Salling was doing too much promotion of his own musical career?

IF she actually was busy, it probably had to do with promotional duties for "The Family." But you're right, she probably could have spared the week if the circumstances had been right.

It's coming from Rachel. Rachel is exactly the kind of person who would hear something on Grey's Anatomy and decide it was soooo true about her relationship. I see where you're coming from, though.

Yeah, she had her baby in the last couple weeks so she would have been 7-8 months pregnant when they shot this. It would have been distracting, even if she'd been willing to appear. (She had said she planned to retire after she had kids, so she may not have been willing even if they found a way to shoot around the

The scenes that broke me up the most were Kurt, Carol and Burt packing up Finn's stuff, and watching the cast members listen to Rachel sing. It felt like they weren't acting, and that made it very hard to watch.

Scott's dad's nametag was shown at the end, and it said McCall. Melissa's maiden name was mentioned in some chat with the cast or something — I want to say it's Delgado.

Looks like a soundtrack featuring his music was released, at least in the UK: http://www.elviscostello.in…. Whether it's any good is another question.

I can imagine someone who didn't really care about that genre of music not being aware of Cobain's death. But it doesn't make *any* sense that someone could remain completely ignorant but still somehow dig up the Sub-Pop address. That's just whack.

Neil Patrick Harris would be perfect for [spoiler space]

The panty shot didn't help either. The show almost certainly wouldn't have done it if she really were 16.

My assumption is that Angelo wasn't in the picture because John 's unconscious mind didn't want to deal with him, any more than John's waking mind does. Also, Angelo wasn't a legal U.S. resident when the custody stuff went down in the AU — even if he'd wanted to try for custody, which is far from certain, he might not

Which is exactly why killing him would be a brave move. If you think calling it brave is dumb, sub in "unusual and a bit exciting," which is all I meant by it, and go about your day.

Really? I don't know, I always figured most blogs were started *exactly* because somebody was bored.

Are the U2 and Strokes clips repeated on the list (#s 16-15 and 14-13), or is my browser acting funny?

I've liked  Regina better in the last few episodes, but I found her pretty unbearable during the alcoholism storyline. She kept making the worst possible choices. I know that's part of how alcoholism *works,* but it didn't make it more fun to watch.

She so does, poor thing. Wilke was the only half-decent guy we've seen her with, and that was forever ago in TV time.

I assumed Jace had started the blog because he was working in the coffee stand for whatever reason and otherwise would be bored senseless, but I don't know if the show established that or if I'm making crap up.
