It took me about 4 seasons of Supernatural to stop calling Sam, Dean because of Gilmore Girls. I also had a bias against Sam until he went Agro-Sam as I never liked Dean as a character in Gilmore Girls.

I've seen a lot of his shows through the years. A lot. But my favorite was Fenway for the tour for Lazaretto. It was an amazing show. I also have a soft, fuzzy spot for 'Would You Fight For My Love?' —- Lazaretto is the best.

Or Ryan Adams 'Suicide Handbook' which is my favorite album of his, actually, but is fundamentally this same premise.

Same. I was a little surprised at this release because didn't he create his own record company strictly to avoid album contracts and having to release best of/acoustic/etc?

I'm the same with Dead Weather's 'Dodge and Burn' as well. I love the album (and it's fun, growly vinyl) but it barely registered when it was released. I know they didn't tour for it or do press so I doubt they care but I love the music and wish it had gotten a lot more love.

It's how he put himself through astronaut school.

It is. It's impossible not to bop your head at the 'I can't . . . wait. Can't hardly wait!'

Computer, define artist: An artist is a person engaged in one or more of any of a broad spectrum of activities related to creating art, practicing the arts or demonstrating an art.

I meant graceful, loose-limbed. I was thinking about how he walks. Should have I said he has a natural swagger? How did I screw this up?

I really love her. Plus if this interview did anything, it proved she has one of the greatest CV's out there right now.

I staunchly want Idris Elba in the role. It has nothing to do with io9 or whatever, rather it comes down to the following:

Daniel Craig was hypnotized and really just wants to do nothing.

Actually this could work — play on the 007 coding, Craig's 'everything's pointless' Bond, get a good enough actor whose different than Bond (cough Idris Elba or Gillian Anderson), and some very current to the UK generational tension. I would watch this.

It's simple. Life after death. Now that he's dead, I have a life.

There's so much of your post that I want to dissect — let me try.

I think Wendi Deng set them up. She being the ex of Rupert Murdoch.

I am of several minds about this.

She's a good writer and intelligent lady.

Tom Hanks reaction shot to that line is damn near perfect too.
