Same with Marshall, the limo driver, in the clothes make the man speech. 'You're asking me to tell you how to dress? That's like asking me who you are. I don't know that. It's taken me my entire life to find out who I am and I'm tired.' It is, it's all about being passionate and engaged with life. Just when you think

I had a major existential moment in my adult life the first time I ever had to say "I know she can get the job but can she do the job." But yeah, 'I have no response to that' is my the line I quote the most.

Prince and Gene Wilder duet while the Log Lady smiles from the back and Admiral Ackbar's voice says soothingly "it's a trap."

Tear drop if you're right. I really want to believe this.

I like Akbar. He's eternally positive and gets really into it.

I've been reading her autobiography 'It's Always Something' for the past year or so. It's sooo brutal what she went through so I've had to put it down a lot. Gene Wilder's death is not going to help that. :(

Big Trouble in Little Hawkins, Indiana.

Better Off Upside Down.

I haven't been following them this summer. Have they been playing new stuff in their shows?

"Upstream Color" is about recovering from trauma.

Same. 'Black Mirror' is art. It's uncomfortable, true, and you're just glad that the situations in the show aren't in your life.

If sci-fi isn't speculation about the future, isn't it just fantasy??

Same. The direction is gorgeous —- I love "sci-fi" films where it just comes together. "Dark City," "Predestination." They may exist under the radar but they have the same production values as "Mad Max: Fury Road" and I love them all.

Agreed on the last 30 minutes. Loved it til then.

Same. I always thought Serena Joy was in her late 40's, the Commander in his 50's, Offred in her late 20's-early 30's. Isn't Serena Joy a retired television evangelical?

And Dr. Mung Mung and Tongue-Tongue.

I loved every second of it and what they're doing. It's so good to have 'The Tick' back in my life.

As a huge fan of both shows —- I love Bake-Off because of it's overwhelming acceptance and camaraderie. I love RDR because it's so different (at least to me, a straight white girl who watches for the outfits and the wittiness) and beautiful (because seriously — they all are) — but this episode sort of knocked me

I see trees . . .

Ha! I've lived in cities now for ten years. I've smoked on and off — in a city, when you go out for a cig, you can't help but watch people around you. And I always think of 'Rear Window'!!! Good call.
