Not an Agents of Shield person but he was excellent in the Avengers. Entirely competent, check to Felicity. Viewers-gaze/super fan/innately lovable, check to Felicity. Able to inspire a bunch of mish-mashed personalities hopefully without dying, check to Felicity. It actually really works. Plus I think Felicity needs

The moment where Radcliffe takes his first hit of morphine with Hamm sitting right there saying "this is the best it will ever be" was just dramatic perfection.

I'm starting to enjoy it more for the history than for the comedy… it makes you realize that history is much, much more awesome than what's written in the books.

SPOILERS FOR THE SHOW —

Yeah Schmidt was a huge part of it but what really killed me were just the so-generic, so terrible ep's of jess's birthday and their break-up. It was pretty much unwatchable. Not to mention I think the show rushed to a formula after the season 3 back-half debacle and will never leave it now. So while it's still funny,

Laurel losing her mind and being a bit of a wild card is possibly the only way to salvage the character for me…

Actually Felicity is the link between everyone so that could work if the season is going towards creating a league…

Haha, my book club friends and I just decided to not speak ever of the fact that we had read 'Book of Life.' It's better that way.

Oh thank god because I love the engineering and problem solving but I've grown to hate pretty much everything else about Watney. I'm halfway through and know what's coming but cannot seem to keep going…

It really felt like I was reading a list from vulture (it must be hip or serious!). Avclub, you're better than that! Or should be. Poor Arrow and The 100.

Yeah, Ra's gentle monotone of death really worked for me — and I loved Slade's crazy growl approach to dialogue. Good add to the Arrow cast.

That would be weird but admittedly welcome.

Laurel going full-crazy-revenge on the Queen family seems right for the character. I really hope she doesn't back down when she hears it's Oliver or Thea.

Oliver and Felicity was a neat callback to Felicity's speech to him last season but I will slap someone if we get another scene of Oliver telling Felicity he loves her while she stands mute. Olicity *is* pain.

I like cookie monster for this now. He posts some really insightful stuff and I still see it coming from a blue puppet, which makes it the best.

I've been posting on here for a long damn time and remember ZMF's heyday but I cannot tell you what's changed so much about the commenting. The big change to me was when the founding writers left… what am I missing?

Karaoke is when I realize I'm a music snob because I'm always going through the index looking for songs that just aren't there (Pulp, Beastie Boys "get it together", etc. etc.) and if they are, they are never popular.

I like that he wanted to be friends with Bowie not because of what he's put out there as an artist and how cool he is but because he thought Bowie would just be really supportive as a person. That's refreshing.

Future Island's - Seasons and Tove Lo - Habits (the remix version) are biggies for me as well. Although I love Modell's pick too, that song makes me want to run through a dystopian London. Also:
Dawn Golden - Swing
Taylor Swift - Blank Space
Todd Terje - Johnny and Mary

Question for people who have read 'The Martian' (avoid rest of post for spoilers) —
