I don't really watch the Flash but tuned in because I'm liking Arrow these days — they gave Iris a lot of Felicity-esque lines when it came to her defense of The Flash (like almost the exact speech that Felicity gives Lance regarding Arrow in Season 1) but to me, as a viewer, they were pretty flat. I think it's

"Oh I'm going to run some tests and I'm going to run them now" was a winner too.

I'm pretty sure he said "hawking" —- which had to be an allusion to Connor Hawke, his son from the comics (dun dun dunnnnn) because it's not a common term for staring. Or it means "how to work character chemistry" because, well, obvious.

I've never been the biggest Baez fan whereas I went through a big Joni Mitchell phase, so I may be bias (get it?) — but I definitely think "A Creature I Don't Know" has some Mitchell-influenced stuff on it. Especially "Flicker and Fail" which sounds like a lost track from Blue or Ladies of the Canyon. Actually, more

I think if we been pretending anything it's that the line is "Lonely Starbucks Lovers" off Blank Space because it is, I don't care what it's in the lyrics.

I like this book — but from what I remember, Joni Mitchell has always hated it. Joni Mitchell hates pretty much everything written/made/whatever about her that isn't her music though.

He also wrote some of the best parts of Stefon on SNL … why didn't he do that sitcom?

"Unless he's a genius at impersonating imbeciles"

No, I don't know that show. Or who he is (please say the Arrow has a twin), this is still on. And being awesome.

Cough, Supernatural. Especially in the early days of it and CW where it was really good.

Everyone should be watching "The 100"

Will Arnett was polite with me when I wasn't paying attention at Starbucks in Soho once (because I had just blasted my phone that I was standing in line with Gob Bluth and everyone was responding with Arrested Development quotes). It was magical, but only in my head. Also I was really tempted to spill coffee on his

Wasn't everyone waiting until they're in mandatory-family time this week to go to the movies? I think it'll have a good second week.

Hmm, okay. If she isn't, she has a whole crew of people working overtime to put it out there that she did and does. It's a huge part of her image.

No damn, be that guy. Thanks. Admittedly I haven't bothered to read the liner notes but all the press and all the songs are so on-topic to her, she even has a commercial on her writing them, I just assumed she had. Well played Taylor Swift people.

I like her. I also think she doesn't get nearly enough respect for writing all her own songs, and all her own hits. She's a tremendous writer.

It was pretty funny to me that we had two seasons of Oliver thinking it was impossible to be the Arrow and QC CEO, and last night's ep, Felicity does them both simultaneously without complaining. She gets the deal and helps the team out. You go girl.

but guaranteed to be useless if he can impress a girl. he's possibly the most teenage character on this show.
