Whoever had the idea to cast Goldblum as Kroll's dad needs a medal. That was some next level casting.

The fact that Jane trying to shove her fist into her mouth was her legitimately flirting and not her being bad at flirting was an amazing pay-off. As was the fact that Brad is super into it (and magic).

Did anyone else notice the use of "dunzo" tonight?

Watch a whole episode. My personal recommendations would be either You've Got Male, Dave of The Dead, or Spooky Endings.

I thought their chemistry was great here but I can see how for a first timer it may have come off a bit like Jane was being too type A. If you watch through it all you'll see they're both equally crazy and awesome for each other.

I had to pause the show when Jane shouted Temple Grandin. I haven't laughed that hard in forever.

I did the same with Casey Wilson. It felt for a while there like she was a character I was supposed to recognize.

I'm going to mail them DVDs of Whitney.

Just to clarify, when you say brother do you mean….

It is possible, I'm just saying I don't think there needs to be any more to it for me to find it believable (as Todd and some of the commenters had problems with that).

That makes sense to me. Brody beats him to a pulp, he passes out, he appears to be dead. Someone in the room probably even pronounces him dead. Then, Brody never sees him again. In his position I might believe it.

Yeah, in this age of news it isn't unreasonable to expect that no one recognized Brody. Getting a lot of media attention is not the same as getting all of the media attention. Brody could have easily showed up every hour on Fox and still not been the big news story of the moment. Certainly not a month after he got

Definitely agree with the criticism of Carmanjello. It made for a lot of great lines but most of it was intensely unrealistic. Usually shows will at least try and make sense of the logic (eg. Give Andre a gift card to the spa he needs to use or something). This was even lazier than that.

"Iceland?"
"The bad guys from Mighty Ducks 2? Don't think so."
"Japan?"
"The bad guys from Karate Kid 2? Even worse. How about Germany. They've never been the bad guys."

He played a Nazi on The Sarah Silverman Program. This is not relevant to your comment, but I remembered it while reading it.

In terms of jokes-per-minute or something there might be a dozen or so better episodes but this storyline and the overtly meta way in which it was handled were absolutely brilliant.

Bobby Moynihan as Charles Barkley was amazing. At first I was a little underwhelmed by the Fagin Platt character but as it got more and more absurd (and they seemed to get more and more off book) it got pretty hilarious. Jerry Slate trying to explain how she ended up kissing Fagin had me in tears.

I loved that episode. So funny.

A for me as well. The entire thing was so meta and the joke count was high enough for that to pay off.

No, the funniest moment was ten seconds before that screencap.
