I'm going to second this. Scandal has actually turned out to be a very well acted and truly fun soap opera. And it reminded me of the days when Grey's Anatomy used to be truly addictive.

Exactly. Todd is clearly biased towards certain shows and against a few others that he pulls things out of his ass to justify his ideas.
