Maybe because not everyone is that biased against major network sitcoms as you.

I just have to say in general this season has been a really nice surprise for me. I liked season 4 (despite it being weaker than the sky high standards of 2 and 3) but I somehow thought that the show was finally beginning the slide that all comedy fans fear. I mean The Office also started slowly with the uneven season…

I like Happy Endings, Community, Louie, Archer and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia too. I seem to exist in an alternate universe where comedy fans can enjoy all the great comedy shows available to them!

I feel the writers haven't overused her. She's mostly had only a once a season big appearance and Megan Mullally has been great each time, so she always brings in the laughs for me.

I would love to see him come back and have the show basically make it one big joke by having no one care about him. They could have him make plans to meet up with Tom and Ann who are both busy. And then Leslie tells him she'd forgotten about his parks plans.

I don't know if he's actually become dumber or people are just tiring of his dumbness. You have to keep in mind this was a guy who lived in a pit, fought for Ann over pool and actually thought he had won her, coached a basketball in Homer Simpson style in seasons 2 and 3. I don't think his behavior has gotten that…

While I've really liked this season, this felt like one of its best episodes in a long time. Just completely hilarious and wonderful all the way round.

It's not just increased competition though. Basically New Girl started off as a big hit last season but Fox stupidly put it through the erratic schedule ringer because of baseball games. And its audiences significantly eroded just a couple of episodes into it's first season.

The thing is early on in Men's run, I used to be impressed with that kind of misanthropy. It was interesting to see a sitcom where Charlie didn't really give a crap about his brother and they both just despised their mother and there were no warm sentimental moments.

'Kat Dennings is too good for this garbage - she has more genuine talent than Whitney Cummings, Michael Patrick King and Mindy Kaling put together'
The same Kat Dennings who delivers every line of hers in that horrible monotone way and thinks it passes off as hilarity?
