That dog eating Dan's heart video always makes me laugh out loud.

It's not porn. It's HBO.

I think there are very few people on this site who won't get that reference. Congrats for being one of them.

They would never cancel Game of Thrones. It's a crossover hit! They're telling human stories in a fantasy world.

I would really hate to see Chevy Chase exit the show. Hope things smoothen out between him and Harmon because it feels like seeing your best friends get into a major argument.

I would love to see every character slap him but the one who deserves to do it the most is Sansa. Though hopefully that will be followed with a beheading!

I was planning to a while back but I love the Newbies section too much :P

One thing I truly love about this show is that for something that has a medieval fantasy setting, it has so many well drawn and complicated female characters. Sansa is basically a slave to Joffrey but she's also someone who is doing the best she can in her situation and even saved that drunk knight, Catelyn wants her

I do understand that point of view since humor is subjective but Rabin's reviews always seem to want a far different show than 30 Rock, which it will never be. 30 Rock just throws everything it has on the wall in every episode - sometimes it absolutely works, sometimes it fails.

One tiny bit that kept making me laugh in this episode was Shirley saying Britta. Brit-aaah. Yvette Nicole Brown really gets a lot of mileage even from very few lines.

I really don't get Rabin's reviews.

Looks like I should hire Todd to write my thesis. He does write a couple of them each week.

Why do people hate Betty so much? I think she's one of the most fascinating characters of the series. Yes she isn't exactly easy to root for and January Jones' icy style of acting doesn't really render her sympathetic but she's a tragic character really.

If you don't believe that statement then why are you on this site?

Ratings!

But I think the show has done enough to prove why Ann always makes bad decisions in terms of dating guys. She dated Andy who is a grade A baby, Mark who she wasn't compatible with and that Jersey Shore douche.

I noticed that too! I love how the show is smart enough not to call attention to it.

I agree the show is not just pop culture references but it does have a great deal of jokes that only obsessive fans will get. In 20 years time, how many people will get many of the jokes in that Regional Music episode? It's got so many references to Glee.

That article about why Steven doesn't like Community as much got me thinking about something. How do you think this show will age? As much as it pains me, I somehow think that say 20-30 years in the future a show like The Big Bang Theory (I know the joke can be made that it's comedy already feels stale) would make

Yup Britta is awesome but if we're talking about awesome female characters, no one comes close to Leslie Knope.
