Oh god, it still hurts

Did I miss the explanation for what happened to Bobby's redhead girlfriend from last season? Or did they just drop her?

That didn't occur to me at the time, but now I'm retroactively disappointed

Mild spoiler:
I found it pretty annoying that they wanted Victoria's RSVP to be a big cliffhanger but then immediately showed shots of her at the wedding in the previews for next week.

I thought these episodes were really good in getting us to Jenna's rock bottom, but this one silly thing kind of took me out of it: Why would Jenna be trying to publish her expose in the literary magazine? Those typically only publish poems and short stories. Seems like they could have at least had her submit to the

ok thanks

That definitely makes more sense, but in what way was it a takedown of Victoria? Or has it just not played out yet and I should wait and see?

I still don't understand what the point of Emily's fake ex-husband was. Couldn't they have done the exact same takedown of the publicist without it?

We never even got the chance to bitch about Logan or Rory and Dean, version 2.0

But he was definitely at this party. The argument happened at Nolan's party, where Charlotte prodded Jack to come and he spent the party being flirty with Margaux. There's no way he missed that.

That's what I thought they were getting at, but I wasn't totally sure. I saw that it was with a picture of them together, but I must have spaced out for the part where she took them from Jack's

Is James Tupper totally gone from this show? Maybe that's why the photo she showed Daniel was of three actors we've never seen before— even though we know what Emily's parents and young Emily looked like. I thought that was really jarring, although I explained it away that it was a fake family photo so Daniel wouldn't

I don't understand how Jack could possibly not know who Aiden was at this point. Weren't he and Emily publicly dating last season? At the very least he was part of that big blow-up at the party at the beginning of the summer.

I have always loved the opening of "Say Goodnight, Gracie" with Lorelai singing to Rory. Of course she would be proud.

Fun fact: I started watching Revenge when it premiered but turned it off because Declan's accent was so bad I couldn't handle it. I eventually tried again and caught up right before season 2 started.

Every time I watch this episode, I really enjoy that ending, and then always have to stop and think about how Lorelai had time to put up that Yale board in Rory's room.

I thought this episode was funny, but it was ruined for me when Nick actually cashed Jess's check instead of realizing how insane he was being

I positively loved every shout line out of Billy Eichner's mouth. Not sure if it would get old if the character stayed on, but for this episode it was perfection

So my question is: Why didn't Bucky want the sweet tea? And why was that an important fact for Rayna to announce?

I SAW HER KISSING A MAN IN A TRACK SUIT!
