I didn't know the reference (or Wolfmother either, actually) until I looked that one up, but that was kind of awesome.  "You got ears."

His cover of "Ford Mustang" is all I'll ever need in that area.  Though I don't know what exactly you categorize Serge Gainesbourg under.  Huh.

I hate that.  I went on Rotten Tomatoes, a site I have never signed up for or posted on, the other day and I was logged in from some other site.  I had 77 friends on there, the majority of which were either former students I don't particularly want to discuss movies with, or old friends from high school/college I

Most of the musicians I've really admired over the years have turned out to be nice people once I got a chance to work with them or meet them.

I'm often amazed at the mistakes that slip through movies.  I was watching a movie the other day, not exactly big budget but professional enough, where a guy and his henchmen were sitting at a table, with a big old pot roast in front of them, clearly visible.  The guy's daughter comes in late - apologizing for being

You're not the only one on the violence gripe.  Especially when it's played as "yay the day is saved" when clearly many bystanders would have been killed.  If it's a brainless-fun action movie or something, it's not that bad (though frankly I notice it there too), but it happens in movies that try to be realistic in
