I've genuinely liked all of the Lewton-produced RKO movies, but Leopard Man really stuck with me. That scene Dante describes still creeps me out.

I had to review this movie for a website a few weeks ago, and listened to the commentary track as a result. It really is that bad. And it almost caught me off guard; as terrible as the actual film was, I initially thought the commentary track was kind of disarming…until they started going on and on about the shadow…

They're such a good band. I reviewed the Kiko Live DVD for a website and it really hit me how every song on that album sounds incredible in concert. Every single one. It was also awesome to see Louie Perez sing. Love it.
