I was wondering about this as well. All of these em-dashes squatting in the en-dashes' spot. Ick.

I vote for somewhere in between. It was boring in spots, and the editing was just awful, but it had a couple of goofy '80s action set-pieces. (Goofy as in pretty enjoyable.) And yes, that final fight scene was three minutes of wonky camera blur.
