I bought the Crash Bandicoot remasters last week. It's fun and brings me back to a time before I had completely ruined my life which is nice.

Love it. Took a while to grow on me because it's so long and all the songs are at a similar languid pace but I've found it really rewarding. "So I'm Growing Old On Magic Mountain" is so achingly beautiful, I love the synths at the end.

C+P'd from TIF

Woo Handsome Furs. Need that Wolf Parade comeback album already.

Rilo Kiley - More Adventurous
Vampire Weekend - Taxi Cab
Nine Inch Nails - Heresy
Smashing Pumpkins - Siva
Arcade Fire - Vampire/Forest Fire
Father John Misty - The Night Josh Tillman Came To Our Apt.

It's all about emo revival now baby

Yeah, it's gaudy and gauche but you could do a lot worse and plenty of teams have. It's distinctive, you gotta give it that.

I have 2 Doughboys items that no one will see because I am late.

Yeah that dude was prepared. He had it all laid out and gained momentum with each increasingly unlikely coincidence until the crowd was going crazy for him. Well done.

That Second Opinions theme to the tune of "Both Sides Now" was the highlight of the episode.

I would unironically buy an "I Am the Paulrust" tshirt, so the boys would hate me.

Mine too! Dozens of us

I actually really liked it when I saw it a couple months ago, but since you mention that it didn't leave much of an impression either I guess because I can't recall much about it. I just generally like Boyle's kinetic style though, and it was a nice nostalgia trip while still being critical of that very thing.

Ah I just raved about Wolf Alice above! I'm seeing them next week. Enjoy!

Yeah I actually heard the live version first so I was a little let down when it was officially released, but I've warmed to it. Still one of, if not the best live band I've ever seen so I'll be going to multiple shows on the tour.

That was the catalyst for me too, I immediately googled the lyrics to "Silk" to find out who that was.

Does anyone want to talk about the divisive singles from the upcoming Arcade Fire. Seems like they're all getting massively shit on. Here are my thoughts.

Been bumping the new Wolf Alice singles, "Yuk Foo" and "Don't Delete The Kisses." They showcase what for me is a really underrated aspect of a band, the ability to cover different sounds/genres on any given album. Growing up on R.E.M. and Smashing Pumpkins made this very important to me in a band.

Regine is 40, I don't think that's millennial

I just bought that the other night. It's really fun and it looks great.
