Yeah, runner's high is very real. I usually do a run on Friday after work too and it puts me in a good headspace for the weekend. By Saturday morning it's back to despair of course but still.

I got a presale ticket to see The Decemberists with Julien Baker opening in April. And Father John Misty, Spoon, and Conor Oberst have new albums coming out within 3 weeks of each other in March/April. It's not much but in these dark times it helps.
