Heat 2: The Depression
I had been looking forward to this one for a long time. I came away pretty underwhelmed. It wasn't a bad movie. I just expected a lot more. The DV looked like shit. The character development was virtually nonexistent.

I think it qualifies as a "popular movie with special replay value."
I vote no on Deep Cover, BTW. My interest in that movie was piqued when I had it playing in the background while I was working on the computer. I didn't actually watch any of the movie, but I heard Lawrence Fishburne's smooth voice overs about blasting fools and came to the natural conclusion that the movie must be…
@oh you men: Will you marry me?
Shit. Did I forget Curly Bill Brocius?
[ZMF] If they're going to do nutless shit like Dancer In the Dark and a month of cartoons (5 whole f'n weeks) then they should compensate by also including CULT MOVIES FOR GUYS WHO LIKE MOVIES. [/ZMF]

Hey look, a giant hipster douche.

Ice-T definitely deserves mention for "Surviving the Game."
I left my heart in San Francisco

I started watching Conan shortly before Andy left the show. At the time, I remember thinking it suffered in his absence (although it gradually recovered). I'm glad he's coming back.
