You had to be in elementary school to find it frightening - which is OK w/ me.  As a guy managing a theater and seeing it all, Monkeyshines had a decent premise, terrible acting and execution, and a ridiculous end, with him biting a fiercesome stuffed toy to death.  One of the worst hhigh production values films I saw…
