Perfect example of this, and timely, too!: Katniss Everdeen, the heroine of The Hunger Games trilogy. The more the story went on, the less interested I was in what happened to her. All her moping around and feeling sorry for herself really got to be grating. And the whole question of will she end up with Peeta or Gale

How could you write about April and her water fountain solution and ignore that little almost father-daughter moment at the end where Ron tells her she's too smart to be stuck in the office, not contributing, etc.? Instead you talk about how, if only Leslie knew, she'd be prouder than ever. Well, Ron's pretty darn

Well, Christ, there's got to be money to be made in DVD-by-mail rentals…anyone?…Blockbuster?

With new episodes of The Walking Dead and Luck, I really don't know how much of the Oscars I'll be able to watch…

Mad Max: Beyond Thunderdome. Alien 3. The Matrix sequels. The Adventures of Baron Munchausen.

That is perhaps the most complete plot summary I've ever read.

My God, but that review sure made the show sound like a whole lot of fun….

The Unforgettable Fire?

Christ, what about that horrid Three Doors Down or whatever the hell they're called. Writing songs for Geico commercials and the National Guard? What the heck?

Enough with the Ender series…how about finishing up the Alvin Maker books?

Summer Glau's Terminator character from Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Who wouldn't want a gorgeous babe that would do anything you asked (shades of Jeannie, another favorite) and is a badass killer robot to boot?

Total agreement there…

Dichen Lachman as Sierra on Dollhouse…

Bring on Titus Welliver, Garrett Dillahunt, and Dayton Callie. Heck, maybe they could convince Keith Carradine to make an appearance…

I wish the Matrix sequels had lived up to the brilliance of the first film…

I wish Alien 3 had lived up to even 10% of the expectations I had for it after seeing Aliens.

About the most interesting thing about this show is how Cheech "Mare-in" became Cheech "Marr-een" (roll that "r")…

Who the hell is Chris Hardwick and why do I keep seeing him on stuff like this (and the post-Walking Dead recap shows)?

Exactly…in terms of plot, so little has happened on this show. Every week when I watch, I'm watching the wheels spinning. Something (anything, really) better happen soon…

It's impossible for me to watch this show without constantly thinking of Fables and how much better (far, far better) that story is than this mush.
