Couldn't have said it better myself: "faux-sentimental callbacks." That pretty much sums up the movie I just saw.

What's with this C+ nonsense? That was a good movie, just as good as the first Iron Man. It's gotta be more like A-/B+.

The past couple of weeks, this show finally got exciting. I wasn't sure where this was going or why I was bothering with it, but now I can see why the AV Club reviewer was invested in it. Maybe the reason Sarah is able to reproduce is because she's the "original"? There was some discussion between her and Helena to

I tried to read that book a few weeks back (in preparation for the TV series), but gave up after about 15 pages. It was some truly torturous writing.

YES!! And here I thought I was the only one who found that ad with the little girl extremely irritating…my wife thinks it's "sweet"…

Wow! Wow! Wow! Best pilot I've seen since Breaking Bad. And on NBC, of all places?

Easily one of the finest episodes of the season. An 'A' outright. What's up with all the critique? April was hilarious this time out.

I thought it was a great film, period. Easily worthy of an A (or A-). Good story, good characters, good setting, good special effects, etc. Still wondering why exactly it bombed. If something like this can bomb at the box office, there's really no easy explanation for why one film succeeds where another doesn't.

Very good comments on this show. I'm in agreement with you, though am rather surprised at how much I'm liking the show so far. Maybe if we had an episode with a relatively minor crime and they could focus more on the town and the townspeople, we could get some more characterization of the place. I'm wondering if

From what I read online, it sounds like they're shooting the show in and around Santa Fe, New Mexico. The mountains there aren't quite the same as those in Wyoming. I'd prefer to see a show actually shoot in Wyoming. Also, Lou Diamond Phillips is not a Native American, so why does he keep getting these roles? He's not

"Yard margs at 'skeepers?"

The Fantastic Four really need a re-boot and a film on par with The Avengers. Don't know why those films were treated as so disposable…

Probably the genre of music I'm most familiar with. Surprised you write off Propellerheads so quickly; only one album, but it was a standout. Their version of "On Her Majesty's Secret Service" is amazing. Wish they would have released a second album.

I'm sorry, but trotting out an 'A' week after week after week just doesn't cut it. This is a good show, but even a good show can have a bad night, and this was one. Some of the clips were funny, but the basic premise was so far beyond ridiculous that it pretty well sunk everything where I'm concerned.

Isn't the actor who plays Jaquen the same guy in those unfortunate Velveeta commercials? "Liquid GOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD!"

Actually liked this a lot more than last year's live episode…
