Given who our President is, maybe she's justified in feeling that way?

PATRIOTISM.

You're assuming that the military would back Trump in this scenario, but is that really a sure bet? Especially considering Mattis is in charge, and there seems to be no love loss there.

Also wanted to mention that the Dutch successfully avoided a far-right takeover, so congratulations to them. Seriously, it's fantastic that not every Western country is falling into nazism. Now all eyes are on France.

That's actually been a question that's bothered me. Does anyone know the answer? What would actually happen if the President just says 'fuck the courts, we're doing it anyway'?

Really incredibly happy that another brave judge has once again taken a stand against Muslim Ban Pt. 2: Electric Boogaloo. I had been nursing more than a few doubts that the courts would have enough of a spine to reject this one too, if only out of fear of appearing obstinately liberal, so this is undoubtedly the best

Patrick Stewart even said that he would appear on Legion, so I'm pretty hopeful about the chances of it actually happening.

So I guess we should just never, ever take a network seriously anymore when they pledge that a series is one-and-done, no future seasons, this is it. Don't get me wrong, I'm quite happy that it's been renewed, I'm sure they've got bundles of stories left to tell, I just can't help but roll my eyes at all the blatant

Same here, if they actually remember that he's an asset and treat him like more than a wet blanket, I'll be happy with it.

Still seems a tiny bit wrong to punish Rip by taking away the Captain's chair simply because Sara accomplished the feat of pretty much scraping by in his absence.

That literally just proves my point. Rip's leadership didn't lead to failure in Season 1, it was the team's consistent refusal to follow orders. I suppose you could make an argument that Sara is a more effective Captain because she's not an outsider and it's easier to have the Captain be a friend, but they seriously

When exactly did Alias 'embrace the fun'? I watched all 5 seasons, and never quite got that impression.

Yeah, everyone here is crazy over Sara Lance and… look, I get it, she's fun. She's not an authority figure, she's 'one of the guys'. But Rip's admission that Sara is better than him as Captain rings false to me. Regardless of what you think about Season 1's quality, they actually had a better success rate with him as

Okay fine, THREE of the most important deaths.

Only the fifth time? Looooooser. *does the gay chicken dance*

Nemesis had a fantastic premise that ended up sadly squandered in many ways. A few of the emotional beats still land through the actors' sheer force of will, but yeah. Patrick Stewart would be riveting if he was reading bad internet fanfiction though, so no movie with him in it is ever a complete waste of time.

I wouldn't recommend skipping Season 2, you miss out on two of the most important deaths in the show's history if you do.

The character arc of Niles (Frasier's brother) evolves from season to season. The characters never remain in *complete* stasis, but Niles is the one who actively changes the most and drives several ongoing plots. It's standalone in many ways, but it's impossible to watch an episode from Season 9 and confused it with

If Sava started reviewing this you just know that every episode would get an F based on sheer principle. Of course, the double-edged sword would then be that if Sava hates it I'm pretty sure I'm legally obligated to love it.
