The Republican party seems like they're coming apart at the seams over the AHCA. No one likes it, and it reeks of desperation. It's even looking like it won't even pass. Some Republicans have gone so far round the bend that they've even started slandering the Congressional Budget Office in preparation for their AHCA

Wow, What's on Tonight seems drastically scaled down these days.

No one hould ever hate on "Amends", it's one of my all-time favorite episodes. Buffy only did one Christmas episode (two if you count "Bring on the Night", but that was crap and it barely mentioned Christmas so I won't), and it was perfection.

I'd like to think there would have been more time for Wesley and Fred to be together before she died had Angel not been cancelled. That shifted the arc into overdrive. If they'd been renewed, I have a feeling "A Hole in the World" would have been the season finale, not the very next episode.

It may be obvious, but in my opinion it's done so expertly as to be forgivable. Different strokes for different folks, I suppose. And it's not like couples are torn apart *right after* getting together. Willow and Tara were together for two whole seasons.

Yeah, she was trying to make up for the fact that she (nearly) cheated on him with Xander, and he knew that she didn't really want to have sex yet. Really mature writing there, Oz was just the best.

He gets double lifetime pass for having such deep philosophical thoughts in "Earshot".

Yeah, "I got older" was like Joss Whedon personally coming into my house and kicking me in the stomach. Many people these days say Whedon is overrated when it comes to writing dialogue but it's lines like that that prove he really isn't.

"Doppelgangland" might be the episode I've rewatched more than any other in Buffy history, so totally agreed.

It's so surreal going back to Season 3 and watching Alexis Denisof play a total dipshit. He really did play the role to a tee though.

I never really understood the complaint of 'why do happy relationships always have to end tragically in Whedon shows'. I mean, maybe because it's the key to all drama from the beginning of time? Not a lot of conflict to be gotten out of a blissful human connection that never gets torn asunder.

Mr. Trick is possibly the coolest vampire the show ever did.

Mayor Wilkins really was a truly inspired concept for a Big Bad. Possibly my second favorite after Angelus. Harry Groener was superb in the role, and the father/daughter dynamic he had with Eliza Dushku was so twisted and sweet all at the same time. His big death scene was also the stuff of legend. "Well Gosh."

If by 'rough' you mean, the second best season right behind Season 2. We have differing opinions on what makes quality Angel obviously. My list (had to whittle this down a lot):

The moment almost single-handedly justifies the episode's existence to me. One of the top 10 Giles moments to be honest.

I plan to watch Legion as soon as the whole season airs so I don't have to break it up by an episode per week (not that I plan to marathon the whole thing, but I prefer watching at my own pace). Hearing you compare it to "Restless" just made my day. Looking forward to it 10x more now.

The only reasonable explanation is that The Walking Dead spends 99.9% of its budget on sets and zombie makeup, and had mere spare change left over when it came time to do the deer.

I'd add "As You Were" to that list. And "Dead Man's Party". You're right though, in all seriousness, there's very little bad, comparably speaking.

I don't really think "Fool for Love" is underrated, it gets brought up constantly by all the Buffy fans I know as a best episode contender. Paired together with its corresponding episode on Angel "Darla", it's an utter masterpiece.

There's a lot of room for interpretation in *everything* that happens in the episode, it's wonderful. People say that there's never been another show like Buffy, and that's true to a degree, but there's REALLY never been another episode of television ever made that's quite like "Restless".
