Exactly this.  I read The Perks of Being a Wallflower after Catcher, and it just pales in comparison.  And as much of a tool as Holden Caulfield is, he's a tool with personality.

Yeah, I'll agree with you 100% on this one.  One of the worst things about those last two seasons for me was that they were such a waste of Robert Patrick.  I wish he'd shown up earlier.

I'm not sure if it had to do with my mood while watching each of them, but I really thought that season 7 was miles ahead of 6 in terms of just straight up silly good times.

Oh God, the final episode was so so terrible.  I actually still haven't seen the second movie, but I have no idea how it could even exist after that finale.

I'm so happy these reviews are back!  I finally finished my watch of the whole series in April (started a couple of years ago, when I realized that I was finally brave enough to watch it after being scarred by some early season episodes when the show actually aired and my parents watched it), and I've been eagerly

I'd actually never heard the opposition to the language before this movie either, but once you see it the argument really makes sense.  The stage iv support group in the movie are basically patients who are terminal because the disease has progressed to a point where it's impossible to treat except palliatively.  This

I guess this got a much earlier Canadian release, because I saw it months ago and it really did its job of enraging me about pinkwashing.  The marketing tie-ins aren't as extreme here (guns?!) but they're still appalling.

I agree about the older YA!  My issue is that there are a few series that I read in middle and/or high school and didn't finish, haven't touched in years, have fond memories of, and am wondering if I should complete.

The only thing I've ever encountered that actually dealt with Titanic aftermath was (embarrassingly) a Danielle Steel novel called No Greater Love, read during my pre/early teen Titanic obsession days.

I saw her and Ricky Mabe and wondered why there are so many Canadians in this, apparently.

Wasn't it psoriasis?
