Ha. That's Red Hood and the Outlaws. Both written by Lobdell and both equally shitty from what I heard.

That's sad-but-true. From design to characterization, she's one of my favorites.

Going into Sandman I had a feeling that it was going to be pretentious and shitty. I had read and hated 1602, and I had seen and hated Neverwhere. I was expecting the same experience here.

WHY ISN'T SHE BEING USED RIGHT NOW!??!?!? I just finished Parker's Thunderbolts run on Marvel Unlimited; had I known she was an integral part of the comic, I would have read it. I just assumed he was ignoring classic T-bolts.

Holy shit, can we talk about how great the diner issue was? As a fan of horror comics, that was one of the few to ever make me physically feel fear.

Yeah, arcs 4 and 5 aren't as strong as the first 3… and then "The Last of the Innocent" makes up for that. IN SPADES.

AWWWWWWW we both dislike Hickman and Gaiman despite everyone else's overwhelming love!

Speaking of which: when the fuck is Songbird joining the Avengers? We were promised that in Avengers Forever.

I read Way's Thunderbolts because I have Marvel Unlimited and didn't have to pay.

Superior Foes is GREAT. Closest thing to a Thunderbolts book we have right now. God, I miss classic Thunderbolts. I'm really hoping we see Songbird and Moonstone again soon after encountering MACH VII in Superior Foes.

I'm ok with Ramos on Spiderman, especially since he's the type of hero whose anatomy should look a bit disjointed. I know people who HATE his work, though. I don't get where that comes from. He's like a more dynamic, interesting Bachalo.

I've heard great stuff about Charles Soule and want to try one of his books. Will next month be a good jumping on point after the end of this arc? I've heard people compare his Swamp Thing to Daredevil and Hawkeye in terms of quality, so I'd love to give it a read.

I'm just happy there's a place I can read Beast without having to deal with Brian "Nothing-Actually-Happens-In-My-Books" Bendis or Jonathan "Wait, What the Fuck Actually Happened?" Hickman.

But Genis was a Starfield-skinned Male Character. Where's that place him?

All of the first trades of New 52 Batman series are on sale for $3.99 too. I copped Batman and Robin because I bought Batman as it was released. I almost got Teen Titans so I could see what Tim Drake is up to… but I knew I'd just be disappointed. Is anyone reading Teen Titans?

Yeah, Layman on Detective has been a real disappointment. That's a shame since I *love* Chew. You will not find a bigger Chew advocate than me. However, the fun, creative storytelling that Layman employs in his own book was largely absent from the "Emperor Penguin" bullshit.

Depends if it's Nightcrawler or Beast.

I read…

If anything, I've heard the art is the only reason to read the book.

That's a hell of a 1-2, dude. Those are two of the greatest comics ever to be released by the big two. Still upset that Gotham Central only ran for 40 issues, but Rucka and Brubaker had other shit to do! And I'd rather it end with them than someone like ::shudder:: Adam Beechen.
