I found a few torrents of the whole thing.  And I'm guessing if they did, it's because The State was on MTV and MTV seems to license a ton of popular music for use across the whole network, the sketches aren't any worse without them it seems.

Guys I'm on my 5th episode of The State so far today oh my blog it's amazing.

I used to have FirstLook, but then an independently owned theater opened up down the street. Now all our pre-trailer ads are for local business, who didn't have the budget for a good ad, with garageband music and all. They've been playing the same ones for a few years if not since they opened, and it's kind of fun.
