I loved the hell out of Cheshire Cat and Dude Ranch was often the car cassette of the week when I was in high school. I could never really get into Enema or Jacket, but I still really like their self-titled.

I wonder if Ghostface will join in this lawsuit, since he's the one who really wrote the screenplay for the movie Ray. If only that shady finance guy hadn't stolen it at P.F. Chang's…
See, I found the Weeping Angels in Blink absolutely terrifying, to the point where I would flinch anytime I saw an angel statue. But yeah, I was so mad when SM kept using them, over and over again. It has gotten ridiculous, and they need to be retired from the Who villains at this point. They're like the Daleks.…
I think it's one of the makeup artists, as far as I can tell from the linked article, which is itself a giant mess of hyperlinks and exclamation points.
We had to quit watching after that terrible season with Julia Stiles, because we realized we couldn't even remember what happened in the last half of the season we were drinking so heavily to get through it. And I love Jonny Lee Miller!
Ah! "The Tale of the Dead Man's Float" was the one I was trying to remember. I do remember it scaring the crap out of me as a kid. Made me terrified of the swimming pool at the area YMCA.
Oh man, someone convinced my high school bio teacher to show the Flukeman episode, and it seriously freaked me out, even though I was probably too old to be scared by something like that. And the episode with the inbred mutant freaks. Ugh.
I had a 9th grade English teacher who made us listen to Simon & Garfunkle's "My Little Town" and write an essay comparing it to "Our Town." I actually still like the song, too.
Oh no, it can come back? I got it my freshman year of college. I mostly just slept all the time and felt weird and worried about my spleen and how I could tell if it was "enlarged." Still have no clue to this day. And yeah, I didn't get it the fun way, but probably from a water fountain. It was kind of hilarious,…
I just came here to complain that there's no index of these. I just want what everyone else wants: an easy way to access all the Wiki Wormhole articles when it's a slow day at work and I've already cleaned out my email.
I read somewhere, and I can't remember where (Slate maybe?) that one of the reasons a lot of these guys are still in Guantanamo is that we can't get anyone to take them. Like, their countries refuse to take custody of them, we refuse to let them live here, etc., so they're stuck in prison by default. Maybe they should…
Or you could just take craft beer to the party to enjoy, like I do.
Yep, Untappd is my new go-to. Mr.Brewman and I just drink such a random variety and go to a lot of bottle shares, which makes it difficult to remember whether something's good or not.
Cool, thanks. I was sure it must have been addressed somewhere, but I apparently cannot be bothered to remember True Blood's mythology. I did always wonder how Pam had such bitchin' eyeliner all the time without the benefit of a mirror.
Pfft, I'm more stuck on how they used MIRRORS to check under the truck. I was laughing at how stupid that was, and then they could actually see them in mirrors. Can True Blood vampires be seen in mirrors? I feel like it's stupid if they do, but really, pointing out anything is stupid on True Blood is like throwing…
It's a "problem play," actually.
You know, I haven't been able to get into either of those two albums. I guess I need to sit down and listen to them again, but I just always end up switching albums to Rid of Me, To Bring You My Love, or Is This Desire? instead.
I love love love "Is this Desire?" It's my number one choice for skulking around the house on a rainy day. And the song "Nina in Ecstasy," which was released as a B-side to one of the singles off the album (does it still count as a B-side on a CD single?) is one of my favorite PJ songs ever. And I celebrate her whole…
Man, my cd's were in terrible condition when I finally ripped them. Siamese Dream was actually flaking to pieces. Luckily, Mr. Brewman had a copy of that one so I didn't have to rebuy it. Because I will always always own a copy of Siamese Dream and Adore.
I love Adore so much. Are they remastering it? I've been out of the Pumpkin loop for a while.
