Yay for Don Quixote. I love that book because it's one that I can pick up off the shelf, open to a random page, and just start reading. So fantastic.

I really liked The Mezzanine. I read it after House of Holes came out, because that book was so weird and smutty, it made me curious about his other works. I really liked the dizzying aspect of it and tore through that book [the Mezzanine] in a couple of days.

I agree. Past Wizard and Glass, I don't know that I'd recommend anything else from the Dark Tower series. Actually made me very angry and I haven't picked up any Stephen King since. But the first four books—totally solid. And I still think Wizard and Glass is my favorite of all his books.

Just read a couple of Agatha Christie's Miss Marple books. Hadn't read her in years and am really enjoying it. Also just finished The Seeing Stone, which is a YA novel sort of about King Arthur.

Nope, it's on hiatus until April 28. I still blame Lost for this.

Would you say that to Tom Petty?

It worked so well with the Huntsman! But seriously, I feel like bringing him back last week was just to say "We're really really sorry, guys. We didn't realize that you had seized on the one competent character in this show."

Hi, I have no knowledge of this thing the article's about, but it's very important that everyone KNOWS I have no knowledge of it. Also, it looks crappy.

In all fairness, she did get her start in musical theater, which is not at all known for being over the top.

A cartoon would be pretty awesome. But yeah, no concept of how much it costs to make a cartoon. I would think it would be easier from an actor point of view, since you don't necessarily have to have everyone together to do their voice work.

*After searching all the streaming services, adds Wonderfalls to Netflix DVD queue.*

I had somehow completely missed that he was the one behind Hannibal. Now I'm actually going to check it out! Thank you!

Oh man, I would totally donate to get a Pushing Daisies movie made. Come on, internet! Make it happen!

It's streaming on Amazon Prime, if you know a subscriber. I really liked this show when I finally watched it. It's a bummer to be sad something got cancelled way before you ever watched it. I could have helped the ratings!

You know what? I'm so sorry that I like this show, because apparently that makes me some kind of stupid slobbering idiot. What I'd like is for me to be able to actually wade into the comments section of any Girls article, like I do with the many other shows I watch and follow here. But I never can, because all I see

I had about 20 boxes of books the last time I moved so, yeah, those did take precedence over records that I didn't care about as much. I've also replaced a lot of my books with ebooks, but it's much harder for me to do.

For me, it comes down to actual weight. Try moving across the country and then changing apartments 5 times in 10 years. Your vinyl collection gets pared WAY down when you have to keep hauling it up and down stairs. You know how much mp3's weigh? NOTHING!

Yes, because that's how it works.
