These movies really are Mad Libs.

The story is sort of a lame 80s ripoff of Goldfinger: microchips instead of gold, nuking Silicon Valley instead of Fort Knox, leftover Nazi contraband, a villainess who switches sides.

IIRC O'Reilly was outraged that Captain America was killed while America was at war and that it might… demoralize the troops/embolden our enemies or something? Instead of being upset about the political storyline, which just reinforces that he hadn't actually read the thing and was full of hot air as usual.

That may have been when Steve Rogers was killed, and suddenly Bill O'Reilly was a lifelong Captain America fan.
