To Human Misery!
Isn't 'Skoey' (or however you spell that) also the name of Rainier Wolfcastle's bandleader in his short-lived late night program?

Does he actually specify McNuggets? I couldn't remember.

whoops, *nuggets.

He's just dropping truth bombs
like how he informed the public that they're injecting AIDS into chicken nugges.

Yeah, both of these videocasts have said something like 'find more at avclub.com'. I CAN'T FIND MORE

That's the most sure sign of the Apocalypse yet.

Cam and Mitch using Lily to get into an exclusive restaurant was, for me, an unwatchable plotline. It's one thing to see them freak out when a job for Mitch is on the line, but getting all spazzy over having an in to a restaurant was just kind of annoying.

I didn't think the rumor of him being the cop Hugo Strange brainwashes in "Prey" was terribly outlandish, but as far as higher profile characters go, Bane definitely makes a lot of sense.

I'm a little embarassed to say this
When I was about 13 I would have told you "The Crow" was my favorite movie, and I've probably seen it about 25 times (or more?) in my life. I haven't watched it since I was about 16 or 17 (10ish years), and I don't think I could do it again. I'm sure the fight scenes are still

For the record I'm not being glib in that last remark.

On paper I don't see how it's any less an RPG than Diablo II, unless you don't consider that an RPG either.

Yeah, pretty mediocre, though punctuated by some pretty hilarious stuff. In particular, I laughed pretty hard when Jay confronted the spot-stealing guy only to find out that his dog had died and he had know idea what he was doing (Luke saying 'please don't hit him' was awesome). Also thought the during-credits

There seems to be a lot of hate for this…
…around the internet, which is weird to me, as I think it looks fun. I am admittedly a sucker for Ryan Reynolds and don't know anything about the Green Lantern other than some basic facts, so I don't know, maybe I'm a bad-GL movie's target audience.

Yeah, my strongest impression from that trailer was "Patti… yowza."

Zombie John Wayne just made me stifle laughter at work.

I laughed hard enough at Jack's line at the end of the cold open about Rachel Maddow's haircut I had to pause the opening credits; that's a thing I have not done with 30 rock for a while.

blurst
thirst

John Noble is doing a great job with Walternate in my opinion - makes me like the Walter in 'our' universe that much more. Particularly the moment when Olivia thinks she sees him in the hospital, he's such a gentle person compared to his alternate universe self.

I could believe that the kid who plays Luke is in MENSA, though I could also believe that a family member made that up to avoid a characterization as less than smart in real life. But I'm more inclined to believe the mensa thing, because hey, why not?

Just itching
Have you just been itching to use the phrase 'just itching'? Apparently I'm just itching to be a jerk who points out stuff like this. Just itchin.
