Australia here, and I saw my first ever "live" Confederate flag a couple of weeks ago; it was in bumper stick form on the back of a ute. The driver (a 19 year with the most hideous mullet) also had a (Australian) "fuck off we're full" sticker.

I hear that if you infringe on Nick Jr's intellectual property rights they send that Face character after you.

You're forgetting all those 2 Broke Girls reviews she did. If there was ever a reason to make up a fake name…

I see so many 14 year olds wearing Nirvana/Beatles/Rolling Stones t-shirts and the urge to grab them and make them prove they actually know any of their songs is sometimes overwhelming.

Sir, please calm down. I'm from Meals-On-Wheels and I'm here with your dinner.

Once she started singing I recognised the song, but only in "I've been in shops that have played this song/heard it on a radio station my mum listens to" way. (I was also born in 88.)

Toast with Nutella and banana is quite nice.

My dad banned us for a while and one of my happiest childhood memories is him, after actually watching a couple of episodes, telling my sister and I that he was wrong to ban us and we could watch it as much as we wanted. (We weren't allowed to watch The Simpsons, yet could watch ER and Law & Order.)

You lucky bastard, I also went to a Christian version (Girls' Brigade) but wasn't allowed to quit and was stuck there for the next nine years. All I wanted to do was stay home and watch Friends.

God, yes, and my father was 21 years older than my mother, so it wasn't just the age gap.

I love Hogan's Heroes (my favourite is Newkirk; I'm a sucker for an English douche), but it's one of the shows that people tend to make jokes about without actually watching it. I understand why, but I'm guess I'm saying that it sounds more offensive then it actually is?

There isn't a German version of The Nanny, it's just the original re-dubbed, though I guess that's the joke, then?

I think that's probably related to what @avclub-7bf071f0838651b1a74f71df5003b3ca:disqus was talking about, considering;

So, Britta/Troy = Monica/Chandler?

His chips were crinkle cut!

Remember; even when we can't be with you in person, we'll always be with you, in your heart…

It's 61 episodes. That's not even 3 American seasons.

2006? How can they be a "huge fan" when they can't possibly be talking… *does math* … Oh.

Remember when trolls lived under bridges and would annoy you by making you solve riddles?

Yeah, but they only show the 1967 season, so you can see Return of the Cybernauts, but never The Cybernauts. Plus, sometimes it's on Nine and sometimes it's on Gem. (Australia, right? Otherwise this makes no sense.)
