I don't know what your sarcasm level is, but if you're serious then I think that would be more evidenced if I see recurring costumes/behaviors scattered throughout this season. But having all the callbacks concentrated in one episode is more purposeful than just running out of things to say.

I love love love this show. And last night it got right what HIMYM got so wrong on Monday: the parental attitude. Kate's happy being a mom, but she'll never lord it over all of her other friends. These characters are all so damn likeable.

You've really gotten the wrong impression. I understand that having kids is a commitment. I rarely demand attention from my friends; I'm never the squeaky wheel. I'm actually quite independent and am completely fine hanging out on my own, I always have something else to do.

I don't like her, but I do appreciate that she's actually more comfortable with Mike at this point and is probably kind of wishing that Brody never came home so she could have just moved on with life.
