Some people suggested chanting for the guys' individual names in addition to "New Day sucks", though it might send a confusing message. Like "Let's go Big E / New Day sucks!". It's tough. "We love you but not this gimmick" is a hard message to contain in a chant.

It was like they were telling two different stories and couldn't decide between them and ended up picking the shittier story (though one that was indeed a lark). Sting the Vigilante vs Authority is a great serious story. WCW (living dead promotion?) vs WWE is a stupidfun wrestling story.
